Information You Submit
A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the independent provider operating that tool. Christian County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages sent by email or through a contact form may be retained long enough to answer. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Automatic Technical Data
Routine logs and analytics may record technical information when a page loads, including:
- Internet Protocol address
- Browser name and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring website, when available
- Date and time stamps
Cookies help measure site use. A browser can block cookies, although some functions may then work differently.
How Information Is Used
Collected data supports normal operation and helps us:
- Keep pages available and responsive
- Send search requests to the selected provider

External Sites and Advertising
Links may lead to Christian County release records, jail and corrections pages, government portals, or outside search tools. The destination's privacy terms apply after a visitor leaves this site.
Advertising providers may track activity across websites on their own systems to select ads. Christian County Released Inmates does not control that outside tracking.

We do not sell personal information. Data may be provided only to parties needed for site functions or legal compliance:
- Search partners that process submitted queries
- Analytics providers

- Law-enforcement or government bodies acting under a valid legal order

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so this site cannot promise that a breach will never occur.

This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian may use the Contact page to request deletion if a minor submitted information.

Subject to applicable law, a person may ask to:
- Receive a copy of personal data we hold
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete eligible information
- Opt out of certain processing
A public record held by a Kentucky agency is governed by that agency and the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 through 61.884. This site cannot alter an agency record.
