The Kentucky Attorney General’s VINE information gives unusually precise call rules. A county-jail release call is attempted every 30 minutes for 24 hours or until it is acknowledged. For a state institution, release notice is made, to the extent possible, 72 hours before release. That advance state notice can arrive before the actual exit.

Christian County VINELink Limits
VINE is not an archive of every release reason. It does not supply the signed court order, a final DOC time computation, or the full Christian County booking record.
